Good évening!
I am Park Geun-hye Président of the Repúblic of Koréa.
Congratulátions on the Sílver Júbilee1) of the Internátional Paralýmpic Commíttee. The IPC has done so much to suppórt better lives for disábled people around the world, to stréngthen sócial cohésion and help promóte world peace through sports.
Ever since the 1988 Seoul Paralýmpics, sports for those with disabílities has made great strides in Korea.
Today, that impássioned moméntum is being carried through as we look ahéad to PyeongChang 2018.
Korea will make sure that the PyeongChang Paralýmpics is one where disábled áthletes can be ALL that they can be - one where they can enjóy sports to the full.
My congratulátions once again as the IPC turns 25.
