Major Facilities
We operate high-tech facilities and equipment to scientifically preserve presidential records.

Calligraphy and painting room
Established 59 types of equipment, including paper records, calligraphic and oil painting preservation processing, large-scale image scanners, and high-resolution digital microscopes

Digital forensics room
Perform digital forensic-based work to ensure integrity and usability of electronic records of the President

Administrative Museum & Presidential gift room
In order to enhance the preservation of various administrative artifacts and gifts such as metal, wood, glass, and textiles, preservation and restoration are performed based on the analysis of their constituent materials, structure, and manufacturing techniques.

Audiovisual room
For the stable preservation and utilization of audiovisual records (video, audio, and photos), we perform system-based preservation processing, such as digitization of analog records and creation of preservation and utilization copies.

X-Ray Inspection Equipment
It is a large inspection equipment with a length of 5m and a weight of 5 tons. It is the first assembly type X-ray inspection equipment in Korea.

Automatic production of boxes for preservation of records using cardboard, corrugated cardboard, etc.

Introduced for the first time in Korea, scanning without disassembling the original and performing color 3D simulation
